Fine and regular bubbles. A nose of citrus (lime, pink grapefruit), white flowers precedes a mouth full of vivacity and freshness. Very nice length in the mouth clean and precise. Ideal for a festive aperitif, it will also highlight the texture and flavors of seafood, fish (Scotland salmon unilateral for example) and poultry cream.
