This Cremant de Loire has very fine and persistent bubbles. The pale gold color with green hues attests to a young wine. The nose sparkles with aromas of white pear and peach fruit mixed with white hawthorn and acacia flowers. The attack on the palate is round and well balanced. The final of Cremant "Murano" reveals notes of dried fruits and a beautiful aromatic persistence. Cremant de Loire "Murano" is drunk with fish or cheese souffle. Thanks to its freshness, it will combine perfectly with sweets such as a cake with honey and cinnamon or a chocolate cake.
"Murano" is a Cremant de Loire cuvee produced in the purest tradition of the traditional method. Chenin and Chardonnay are harvested at their optimum maturity and vinified separately. They are pressed gently and slowly. The vinifications are thermo-regulated at 18 ? C to preserve the particular aromas of the grape varieties. The aging on the lees makes it possible to bring precision and finesse to the basic wines. The wines of Chenin and Chardonnay are then assembled and bottled for the foam. "Murano" is aged on slats for 18 months.
