Cognac, France - 40% abv
 
A beautifully aged cognac. Deep amber in color, it offers an elegant nose of dried fruits, honey, toffee, and vanilla, with complex undertones of rancio - walnut, leather, and subtle earthiness. On the palate, it’s rich and smooth, revealing layers of candied orange peel, dark chocolate, spiced oak, and a hint of tobacco. The finish is long, warming, and refined, with lingering notes of cinnamon and dried fruit.
 
Best enjoyed neat as a digestif, it also pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate desserts, aged cheeses like Comté or Roquefort, or a fine cigar.
