A full wine which is very sincere. The tannin, round and velvety allows to lower the serving temperature beyond the limits of red wines. The Metiuisco has a ruby red color, a very particular intense fragrance with a fruity and elegant flavor.
Patruale Private Collection Salento Rosso Primitivo Igp is perhaps the most important wine of Vinicola Palamà, the name indicates that this is the landlord’s wine and is only poured on special occasions. The Patruale is a wine with a limited edition of a few bottles a year, which was produced only in 2 vintages, 2012 and 2016, the only vintages that allowed to reach the concentration and sugar level necessary to obtain a wine of such thickness , structure and softness.
