One of the most structured and age-worthy Beaujolais wines, offering deep aromas of black cherry, plum, and a touch of pepper. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long finish.

 

Best enjoyed with duck confit, beef bourguignon, or grilled steak. Aged Gruyère or Cantal cheese makes for a perfect pairing.
