The Omaka Sauvignon is a fresh and vibrant wine. Leading with rich grapefruit and tropical fruit flavours which are combined with more herbaceous notes. Great to be drunk on its own but can be paired with green salads, sushi, shellfish and veal. Pair with sharper ingredients. This wine is a great example of a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
