The second wine of Château Pez, this Saint-Estèphe offers an approachable yet structured expression of the appellation. Notes of blackcurrant, dark cherries, and hints of tobacco combine with earthy undertones and well-integrated oak. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins and a balanced finish.
 
Perfectly suited for grilled meats, roast beef, or a hearty mushroom risotto. It also pairs well with aged cheeses like Comté or Gruyère.
