"Les Clos" is one of the most famous Grand Cru vineyards in Chablis, and this wine does justice to its reputation. With intense flavours of ripe citrus (think lemon and lime) alongside green apple and hints of wet stone, this wine is both powerful and complex. The mineral backbone is prominent, offering a clean, crisp finish that lasts.
 
The richness of this wine makes it a superb partner for delicate yet luxurious dishes, such as roasted lobster, grilled fish, or a creamy risotto. It also pairs perfectly with aged cheeses, like Brie or even a mild blue cheese.
