This Premier Cru comes from the “Les Vaucopins” vineyard, known for its ability to produce wines with great depth and complexity. It showcases a beautiful balance of ripe fruit (think citrus zest, pear, and white peach) along with delicate floral aromas. The minerality is still present, giving the wine a refreshing edge, while the mid-palate shows richness and subtle oak influence.
It’s a fantastic match for lobster, creamy pasta dishes, roasted chicken, or poultry in a rich cream sauce.
