Cloudy Bay 2018 Sauvignon Blanc

To the nose this sauvignon will give you citrus aromatics of grapefruits and Kaffir lime abound which are supported by sublte tropical notes. To the taste its silky and concentrated, revealing ripe, juicy stone fruit and lemongrass, supported by a subtle minerality. Great on its own but if combined with food try with salmon or asparagus with balsamic vinaigrette.
