A full-bodied wine with intense aromas of dark fruits like blackberry and black cherry, accented by earthy and spicy notes. The palate is powerful with firm tannins and a long, structured finish.

 

This wine pairs wonderfully with rich meats such as roasted lamb, braised beef, or venison. It also works well with aged cheeses like Gruyère or Comté.
