This wine is a fresh, modern English sparkling wine made using the Charmat method, designed for brightness and easy enjoyment. It displays aromas of green apple, lemon peel, and white flowers, with a subtle hint of pear. The palate is crisp and refreshing, offering clean citrus and orchard fruit flavours supported by lively acidity and soft, approachable bubbles. Light, balanced, and dry, it finishes clean and uplifting.
