London Clay Rosé, brought to you by the master winemakers of Silverhand Estate, is named after the fossil-rich clay soils found in Essex, which create a uniquely high-quality terroir for English wine production - especially sparkling wines - imparting distinct minerality, freshness, and structure to grapes.
 
This wine is a lively and fruit-forward English sparkling rosé made using the Charmat method. It opens with fresh aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and red apple, lifted by a touch of citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with juicy red berry flavours, bright acidity, and soft, gentle bubbles. Clean, dry, and easy-drinking, it finishes with a fresh, lightly zesty note.
 
A great aperitif, and an excellent match for smoked salmon, prawn dishes, or light charcuterie.
