The Metiusco Rosato is a vibrant rosé from Apulia made from 100% Negroamaro, offering a luminous cerasuolo rose colour and an inviting bouquet of raspberry, strawberry, and sharp red cherries; accompanied by subtle floral and citrus hints. On the palate it is dry and refreshing, with lively acidity, juicy red fruit and a touch of savoury balance that gives it energy and finesse.

This rosato is wonderfully versatile - enjoy it with grilled fish or seafood guazzetto, white meats, or Mediterranean salads.
