Atacama, Chile - 13% abv
 
A crisp and aromatic premium New World Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas of fresh limes and green chilli peppers, intermingled with a superb minerality. The palate is vertical and well-structured, it is fresh and vibrant, with flavours of lime zest and green apple; followed by a saline element imparted by the rich limestone soils of the Atacama. The finish is clean, refreshing, and deeply satisfying.
 
Ideal with fresh seafood, goat cheese, or a summer salad, but perhaps best enjoyed on its own, to appreciate its complexity.
