Saffron Grange takes the emblem of a majestic woolly mammoth (lovingly referred to by the vineyard as 'Brut'). They use this logo in tribute to the fact that historians have uncovered mammoth tusks and teeth along the river Slade, which runs through their site. These prehistoric relics are now proudly displayed at the local museum.
 
An extremely refined English sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay, expressing purity and finesse. It opens with aromas of crisp green apple, lemon curd, and toasted brioche, with subtle hints of hazelnut and chalky minerality. The palate is bright and focused, balancing lively citrus and orchard fruit with creamy texture and fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is long, elegant, and beautifully poised.
