Saffron Grange takes the emblem of a majestic woolly mammoth (lovingly referred to by the vineyard as 'Brut'). They use this logo in tribute to the fact that historians have uncovered mammoth tusks and teeth along the river Slade, which runs through their site. These prehistoric relics are now proudly displayed at the local museum.
 
A distinctive English sparkling wine that celebrates creativity and character. Crafted from Pinot Gris, it offers enticing aromas of ripe pear, red apple, and wild strawberry, with subtle floral and pastry notes. On the palate, it’s vibrant yet rounded, with layers of orchard fruit, citrus, and a hint of spice carried by a fine, persistent mousse. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with a touch of richness that adds depth and intrigue.
 
Excellent with charcuterie, grilled prawns, or Asian-inspired dishes.
