Saffron Grange takes the emblem of a majestic woolly mammoth (lovingly referred to by the vineyard as 'Brut'). They use this logo in tribute to the fact that historians have uncovered mammoth tusks and teeth along the river Slade, which runs through their site. These prehistoric relics are now proudly displayed at the local museum.
 
This delicious sparkling wine is packed full with notes of fresh strawberries and jammy fruit flavours. Saffron Grange's sparkling rosé is salmon pink in coulour, with a vibrant mousse. The nose is greeted with sumptuous wild strawberries and bakes apricots, followed by ripe peaches, cream, and the richness of hazelnut on the palate.
